Jen Daniels – How Has Yoga Changed My Life?

Yoga, specifically at Breathe, has opened me to deepen my understanding of spirituality, wellness and community. It is the community aspect that I’m going to miss most when I make my way back home to CT in the end of July. The internal workings of yoga are a part of who I am now, it’s an ever-evolving inward journey that I can continue anywhere. However, I can’t take my Breathe Sangha with me to CT and that’s the aspect of yoga I’m treasuring most at this moment.
