YOGA SESSIONS

A private yoga session will improve your alignment and awareness and increase your strength and flexibility, while teaching you how a yoga practice can positively impact every area of your life.

Beginning students: Build confidence & learn the basics

Through the guidance of an experienced teacher, learn how you should approach each posture in a manner that is best suited for your body. We’ll explore the breath, what kind of practice is best for your lifestyle and how to benefit most from your practice.

Healing & protect injuries

Practice yoga in a way that supports your lifestyle and well-being, while keeping your body healthy and safe. Learn how to work around or address existing injuries so you can continue to practice during an injury or chronic physical condition.

Experienced students: hone your practice

Learn to practice yoga at a whole new level of depth. Private sessions can focus on sun salutations, core strength or arm balances, styles of meditation, and practices that engage your breath and internal energy. Express to your teacher where you want your practice to take you.
