Vinyasa – a series of postures, one flowing seamlessly into the next, uniting mind, body, and breath. In this workshop we will explore our building block vinyasas to set the tone of moving in harmony with the aerial hammock. Then we will begin to play with a number of transitions that will open your mind to a number of creative ways you can get from point A to point B in the aerial hammocks. By the time you wind down your practice, you’ll be teeming with new ideas of how to get from standing to seated to wrapped to just hanging out and back again.
