It’s never too early to consider healthy aging. With as little as 15 minutes a day, you can start to impact your body, mind and energy. Qigong is sometimes referred to as the 120-year prescription – the sooner you start the longer you have to enjoy the benefits!
Much of what we associate with aging is not as inevitable as we might think. Qigong offers many approaches to increase our vital energy (Qi) which can combat many conditions commonly associated with growing older. Come and learn exercises that will help slow and even reverse some of what you thought was normal aging.
