Join Ana and Gideon Enz in a series of workshops using a variety of postures and flows to access and influence your internal energy where it counts! We will apply principles and methods used in the deep and longstanding Chinese yoga tradition to access your energy body in a smooth and natural manner.
You may attend as many or as few of the sessions as you like. While none are pre-requisites for the other, attending all four of the series will give you a rounded and in-depth experience of multiple layers of your energetic body.

Strong, flexible fascia is essential for health and longevity. Fascia flows everywhere in the body so it is no surprise that it is the primary tissue associated with the meridians. Fascia lines are the physical highway along which energy channels in the body flow. Chinese and Daoist yoga provide the most direct method humans have developed to access their 12 meridian pathways. In this workshop, we will learn how to explore, stretch, and strengthen your fascia, releasing a flood of vital energy to flow through your body.

Like keys to unlock channels, organs, and energy patterns, acupressure points (the same ones used by acupuncturists) are gateways into your energy body. Acupressure is an ancient technique that allows the practitioner to access underground pools of prana/qi that lie along the meridians. Come learn how to combine acupressure techniques with physical postures, enabling much greater access to your own Qi and increasing the efficacy of the postures by helping to stimulate and unblock pools of vitality as needed. Use of these techniques results in a deeper practice making it easier to reach your goals of health, flexibility, integration and relatedness with yourself.
Dantians – Three Major Energy Gateways

While meridians are like rivers of energy, the dantians are like reservoirs of power, like oceans. This threefold reservoir model gives access to the hubs of the spiritual, energetic and physical aspects of your being. Through the head, chest and hips, we will enter the alchemical chambers where these aspects are rooted in the physical body. The Yin and Yang of Yoga

Are you more Yin or more Yang? How would you know? What’s your preference? Is it healthy to always go with the practice that is most comfortable to you? Some people enjoy faster, more vigorous practices, others a slower, more restorative one. The truth is that we need both Yin and Yang. We need to be able to balance both aspects in our lives, our bodies and our practice. There is more to Yang than power yoga and more to Yin than long shapeless holds. Come and discover a whole world with infinite shades of nuance, as we explore these two opposing and complementary forces within our bodies – in one practice. Learn tools and techniques to recognize what you need to find your internal harmony and how to create that in your practice. No more isolating and focusing on one at a time. See how balance, integration, and communication is available between both forces and across all planes.
