The practice of yogasana found Jen Woo in 2000 where the simple complexity of asana and meditation gripped her from the very beginning and the endless intrigue and mystery of the practice has kept her interested ever since. Yoga has served as a reliable safe harbor through major transitions and the undulations of life. Jen worked for several years as a behavior analyst before leaving the field to travel and eventually finding her home at the studio.
She is a supporter of Headstand, a Bay Area based organization that empowers students K-12 with mindfulness techniques, including yoga, meditation and character education. Jen is also a fan of snacks, squirrels, and smoothies.
