In this workshop Moxie McQueen will present ways to better understand the powerful connection between your body and your mind by weaving together the wisdom of yoga with the science of changing your brain (neuroplasticity) as well as positive psychology to uncover a loving, empowering self-view through meditation, yoga practice, and self-reflection.
