This workshop goes beyond yoga to explore how to use myofascial release, and isometric stretching to address muscular imbalance, facilitate deeper joint range of motion, and create more freedom in the body-mind. We often figuratively talk about yoga being a journey inward. This workshop will explore that concept quite literally. Working first to create space in the myofascial lines, moving deeper inward to wake up the potential of the muscles and the mobility of the joints, and finishing with the more meditative practices of asana and breath work.
