JOY of Yoga 100-Hour Meditation and Awareness Practices Certification Requirements Certified 100-Hour JOY of Yoga Meditation and Awareness Practices must complete all five modules, totaling 100 hours, attend all four day-long personal retreats, and demonstrate through consistent practice and clear instruction the ability to teach the JOY 27 meditations.
