Erica and Bridget standing outside, side by side, smiling.

Join Bridget & Erica in honor of May—Mental Health Awareness Month as we invite you to learn and experience techniques that can shift your mind, open your heart, and transform your life.

This calming, restorative 2-hour experience blends breathwork, journaling, acupuncture, and sound healing, creating a supportive space where participants can release stress, ease anxiety, and find balance.

Erica will share tips and techniques that she has cultivated on her own journey managing anxiety and depression—practical breathing exercises, journaling methods, sound healing, and at home practices that support her resilience and emotional clarity.

Dr. Bridget Puchalsky, DTCM, L.Ac., brings her expertise in Chinese and Ayurvedic Medicine to demonstrate how acupuncture can calm the nervous system. Participants will also have the opportunity to receive acupuncture during the sound healing and Yoga Nidra portion of the workshop for a deeply immersive and restorative experience.

About Group Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a medical technique utilizing small needles to send signals to the nervous system, decrease pain, and increase blood flow. The sensation of needle insertion varies from person to person. Some people experience a small pinch at the moment of insertion, while others experience nothing at all. At the site of the needle, you might notice a feeling of heaviness or tingling. This “Qi sensation” is a sign that the treatment is working, the immune system and blood flow is being influenced by the needle. When the needles are in we will rest for 30-45 minutes while we immerse ourselves in the sound healing.
