Preethi Dowlat is a highly-experienced yoga practitioner and instructor practicing yoga since 2000 and has trained with several renowned gurus from India. She holds a Yoga Instructor’s Certification from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (SVYASA) and has extensive experience in various yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, RYT Yin and Restorative Asanas that include elements like meditation, pranayama and chanting.
Preethi has taught private and group classes, focusing on proper alignment, techniques, breathwork that has therapeutic healing and is known for her ability to make yoga accessible to all students.
