Let’s face it – life is complicated. Through life we navigate through all kinds of challenges involving self-doubt, dispassion, rigidity, disconnection and self-expression. By working with the basic elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) we cultivate inspiration and understanding, which can shed layers of suffering and create openness and ease.
This workshop weaves together both art and yoga to offer an opportunity for exploration of the five elements living in and around you.
What to expect:
These are the supplies we’ll be working with – Jill & Bevie will have these available for your use.
If you’re joining us in-studio, bring anything you’re comfortable using. If you’re at home, use what you prefer!
For all: bring your mat, an art journal (if you have one), and a writing journal (or something to write your thoughts on)!
