SATYA stands for Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement and is a somatic practice for all levels of experience that builds mindfulness through movement?
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is often called the yoga of sleep. It’s a deep form of meditation often taken while lying down in a supportive savasana shape where you move your awareness from the external world to the internal.
