This immersion is designed for any student or teacher interested in exploring aerial as a beginner, or deepening their existing aerial practice. During our time together, we will consider the requirements for a safe and nurturing class environment, explore a variety of sequencing options, and take a deep dive into many of the aerial poses.

This course is a part of the Joy of Yoga 300-Hour Teacher Training Core Curriculum, and also open to the public, with eligibility for 15 CEUs (Continuing Education Units). Apply here for courses to be eligible toward the 300-Hour.
