Aerial Intensive – Basics & Beyond

This intensive is designed for any student or teacher interested in exploring aerial as a beginner, or deepening their existing aerial practice. During our time together, we will consider the requirements for a safe and nurturing class environment, explore a variety of sequencing options, and take a deep dive into many of the aerial poses. 

For certified yoga teachers, completion of this course is the first step towards a place on the aerial sub list.

This course is eligible for 15 hours of credit toward the JOY of Yoga 300 Hour Teacher Training. This course is also eligible for Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Units
