We will cover a variety of basic aerial poses, and consider ways of structuring an aerial class. We begin with an overview of types of aerial poses; this approach allows for a class sequence that moves through a series of modules. Considering these modules as the building blocks of a class sequence, we find that one template can serve as the foundation for a wide variety of classes. We will also consider the peak pose approach to sequencing, and what that can look like in an aerial setting.
