Ana Caro is the proud mother of three amazing daughters and “Grammie” to two wonderful boys. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her hiking with friends, walking her dog Diego, kayaking, traveling, reading, or cooking for her family.
Ana’s passion for yoga grew out of her own healing journey. During a difficult period of insomnia, brought on by the demands of raising a family and running a business, a friend encouraged her to try yoga. What began as a search for rest soon became a profound transformation – yoga not only restored her sleep but also brought balance, presence, and renewal into her life. Inspired by this shift, Ana now finds her greatest joy in sharing the tools of yoga and meditation with others.
Ana’s teaching is a tapestry woven from Power Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin, and meditation. She draws inspiration from renowned teachers including Janet Stone, Seane Corn, Tiffany Cruikshank, Baron Baptiste, and Ashley Turner. She is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from San José State University, and has completed a 300-hour Yoga Psychology training with Ashley Turner, MA, LMFT.
Fluent in Spanish, Ana creates a welcoming and inclusive space where students can explore strength, stillness, and self-discovery.
