Offered only in our studio, Jennifer’s seasonal retreats will continue for another year, beginning this Autumn. Each seasonal retreat has a specific focus. This Autumn retreat will build upon last Autumn’s retreat.
She will work with you individually, we’ll practice the Autumn Mandala flow, focus specifically on innovative ways of propping 3-5 specific “seasonal postures” for your body, practice pranayama (breath practice), chant, meditate and experience yoga-nidra.
We will practice “writing meditation,” explore a creative practice together and enjoy an autumn tea blend from the Mandala Tea House. It will be a beautiful day! Our time together is designed to inspire your practice for months to come.
Bring a journal, a pen and your mat.
