Lisa Decker has a Master’s degree in Human Movement and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has a 3-year certification in Medical Qigong as well as multiple certifications in postural alignment and biomechanics. She specializes in postural analysis and restoring functional biomechanics to reduce chronic pain symptoms. She teaches multiple weekly Qigong classes and focuses on holistic wellness. Lisa is the owner of Aligned Fitness in San Jose, which has been in business for 15+ years.
