carrots _ mth bto

Jumpstart spring with a carrot cake steamer, a classic dessert transformed into a cozy beverage. Our teahouse may be temporarily closed, but we’re showcasing our monthly featured beverage that you can make at home.

Inspired by the flavors of carrot cake, this steamer has nutritious ingredients to nourish and warm the body. Ingredients include our house-made cashew milk; in-house, organic juiced carrots and ginger; baking spices of cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; a touch of vanilla; and maple syrup for light sweetening.

Carrots contain many nutrients – beta-carotene, as well as vitamins B6, C, and K, are among them. Beta-carotene is a powerful, natural antioxidant that protects the human body from harmful free radicals by limiting damage to cell membranes. Additionally, it carries out all the functions of vitamin A, for instance maintaining good eye health. From the help of vitamins A, B6, and C, carrots can help strengthen the immune system by enhancing white blood cell production to aid fighting off infection.

Our carrot cake steamer is mixed together the same way as our other steamers, such as Contentment and Balance – all ingredients are added and steamed into a warm, frothy drink that is comforting and satisfying. Try making it yourself:
