One thing your classes always have? One thing your classes will never have?
My classes will always have a theme and/or goal set at the beginning of class, setting the intention for each student to feel inspired, motivated, and/or educated both on and off the mat. Typically, there is also an element of strength and flow in each class. My classes will never feel like a heavy energy, nor will they be super detailed in wording. I generally bring a sense of lightness and lots of smiles to create a welcoming space so everyone is comfortable.

What do you do when you aren’t practicing?
When I am off the mat, I am typically with my three children, dog, and husband, running, baking my version of healthier desserts, teaching fitness classes, wellness coaching, listening to an audible, or chatting with friends.

What have you learned through your practice?
One of the greatest gifts I have learned from this practice is how to open further on and off the mat, expanding physically, mentallly, spiritually, etc. Another great gift is learning how to ground myself when I feel overwhelmed and/or stressed.
