Join Noell for this half day retreat that explores using the practices of yoga, breath and meditation to cultivate a deeper understanding of impermanence and connect to our daily lives with a sense of joy and wonder.
In his time, the Buddha taught that there are four foundations of mindfulness needed to attain awakening, the first being “Mindfulness of the Body”. As practitioners of yoga, we are uniquely positioned to practice this particular foundation on the path because of our ability to ground in our physical being with skill and ease.
Together we will explore this first foundation of mindfulness in-depth through movement, breath and guided meditation.
This is an all levels offering.
