Discover how breath, movement, and scent come together to bring harmony to body and mind. This 2-hour Aroma Yoga Workshop is a nourishing journey where Ayurveda, aromatherapy, and yoga meet to help you find balance and renewal.
You’ll explore how essential oils work through inhalation and skin absorption to calm the mind, ease tension, and support natural recovery—while also learning how to balance your Dosha type (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) with personalized aromas and mindful movement.
Through self-discovery, yoga, and hands-on roll-on making, you’ll leave not only refreshed but also with a custom Dosha-balancing aroma roll-on to carry your practice into daily life.

Chloe is passionate about guiding others to reconnect with their natural rhythm through breath, movement, and scent. A certified yoga teacher (RYT200) currently completing her RYT300 training, she is also a certified Essential Oil Specialist and a professional member of AIA and NAHA. Integrating aromatherapy, Ayurveda, and mindful rituals into her practice, Chloe bridges science and spirituality through her background in nursing and clinical research—helping others restore balance, vitality, and inner awareness.
