We’ll practice a combination of face relaxation and strengthening techniques and exercises that’ll allow you to experience, in your own skin, how they increase blood circulation, stimulate the superficial & deeper facial tissue, and support the lymphatic system’s drainage. All of which you will be able to apply on your own and continue enjoying the benefits long after this workshop.
