This workshop focuses on refreshing and resting your body. Dedicating these 2 hours will leave you with a calm mind and body.
First, through movement, we will energize and stretch the body. We’ll release tension and prepare our bodies to rest. In the second half, we’ll move on to a restorative practice with the body fully supported as we guide the body to relaxation. Finally, we will integrate the body’s experience with a guided meditation during savasana.
This practice will be available to all levels. No previous yoga experience needed.
Proceeds from the class will benefit the Tibetan Children’s Education Foundation.
Note: this workshop will be recorded to evaluate an instructor who has completed at least 300 additional hours in their yoga education and training.
