Come gather for a 3 hour nurturing and informational workshop including gentle movement and meditation, resource information and fellowship all focused around better navigating the concept of rest. We’ll explore our relationship to REST and why we need more of it in our lives. Learn a bit around the science of sleep and the history behind Yoga Nidra, the Yoga of Sleep. We will have time for introspection around our own relationship to Rest, and then come into a gentle yoga practice followed by a nurturing restful yoga nidra practice.
Walk away with some tools and practices you can use any time you need more restful support and join a thoughtful community for tea and a light snack post practice.
