Join Marcela for a two-hour immersion in the magical universe of face yoga. Face Yoga is yoga for the face, but with a strong emphasis on the person as a whole. It is a natural self-care method that makes you feel and look healthy, nourished, revitalized and yes prettier — all without invasive intervention!
Traditionally the face has played an important role in the classical practice of Hatha Yoga, pranayama and meditation techniques. Yet, in the modern practice of yoga asana the face is often overlooked. It is with our face that we meet and connect with ourselves and the world everyday. Our face reflects how we feel, and who seemingly we are in the moment. Sometimes, it even reflects something very different than how we actually feel. By bringing back the focus on our face, we get to re-integrate a very important practice that will help us in realigning with who we truly feel we are, here and now. We will feel more congruent and authentic, both inside and outside.

This introduction to face yoga is for all faces. There’s no such thing as too young or too old. So, if you are interested in expanding the ways in which you connect with your body, and your nervous system as well has feeling healthier, fresher, and more re-vitalized join us!
This workshop requires the ability to be without a mask. We anticipate that we will have the option to be maskless when this workshop occurs. However, if the health situation is different, we will reschedule.
