We’ll spend our afternoon making our way, step by step, into a variety of arm balances. Utilizing props, core work, some physics and a sense of humor, we’ll contact the “bird within” and experiment with many ways to fly. This is for practitioners who have developed a steady yoga practice and have a crow pose in their practice.
