Organic White Almond Milk in a Jug

One of the most beloved items at the Mandala Tea House is our house-made almond milk. Made with only two ingredients, this dairy-free alternative is a delicious and versatile complement for espresso, coffee, smoothies, granola, and more. Most delicious when freshly made, it will store in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container. Make your own with our recipe below, and watch our video for an easy how-to guide! 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups filtered cold water (more to thin, less to thicken)

Directions

  1. Soak raw almonds overnight in cold, filtered water.
  2. Combine almonds with water in a blender.
  3. Blend for 60 seconds.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag.
  5. Enjoy!
