This two-hour workshop is a deeply restorative experience created to support women during times of hormonal transition — including PMS, perimenopause, and menopause.
Rather than pushing or fixing the body, this practice offers a space to soften, slow down, and feel genuinely supported. Using low aerial hammocks close to the ground, gentle therapeutic movement, and a long-form sound bath, we invite the nervous system to settle and the body to rest.
The workshop begins with a short opening sound meditation to help you arrive and transition inward. From there, we move into a guided low aerial stretch and therapeutic yoga sequence designed to support the pelvis, lower back, hips, and nervous system — areas often affected during hormonal shifts. Movements are slow, optional, and fully supported, with an emphasis on comfort, safety, and ease.
The second half of the workshop is dedicated to a 50-minute aerial sound bath, where you will be fully reclined and held by the hammock. Sound and vibration gently wash over the body, encouraging deep rest, emotional release, and integration. There is nothing to do and nowhere to go — simply allow yourself to be held.
This practice is especially beneficial for women experiencing:
No prior aerial or yoga experience is necessary. All movements are optional, and modifications are always offered. This is not a workout — it is a space for restoration, regulation, and care.
You are welcome exactly as you are.
