Infinity Breath Training

naomi third part spirit protector

Infinity Breath is a practice that can empower anyone anywhere to feel energized, inspired, and fully alive. Ancient pranayama techniques that regulate the levels of oxygen in the body lead to positive shifts in our psychological, emotional, and electrical systems. Some of the benefits that one may experience from developing a breathwork practice include:

  • increased energy
  • healing trauma
  • reduced brain fog
  • stronger digestion
  • expanded intuition
  • creativity, ease, and joy

Infinity Breath is always an all-levels practice, believing that anyone still breathing can learn to develop these specialized skills. In-person training hours will be spent introducing the vocabulary and practical applications of several curated pranayama techniques derived from multiple ancient lineages.

Whether you are looking to include breathwork in your professional offerings, or if you are hoping to integrate breathwork in your personal life, expect a course rich in both content and experiential learning.
