Formally, Jenn holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and is an E-RYT 500 Certified Yoga Instructor. Informally, she finds the way bodies move and learn to be the most fascinating miracle on the planet.
As a teacher, she maintains that finding solutions to making breath and movement practices accessible to all bodies, abilities, and identities is important work. As a student, Jenn is committed to creating consistency and trusting the timeline. Explorations in Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative yogas after years of dance and athletics have helped layer Jenn’s understanding of asana and breath, and how they relate to one another. As modeled by many generous teachers, she’s in awe of how creatively we can aim to articulate meeting the moment.
Outside of teaching yoga, Jenn is a farmer by trade, a mother forever, and a life-long aspiring writer.
