This balancing digestive reset will help to eliminate cravings, support your nervous system, and create optimum health in the spring months. During the cleanse we will prepare and eat holistic, nutrient dense, and simple Ayurvedic foods.
The program integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and life-changing self-care practices. We will learn how to work with the most seasonally influential meridians, address the influences of the season in our yoga practice and in our lives. Together we will support one another in optimum life and health.
This program is supported and guided by Bridget FULLY online, This is a hybrid course with material (videos, manual, recipes) provided on an online platform additionally supported with four live Zoom meetups (also recorded), and an online FB group page.
You are highly encouraged to have a daily yoga practice during the week.

To participate, please intend to make a dietary adjustment, be interested in having a consistent mind-body practice (yoga asana, qigong, or tai chi) and meditation practice. This intensive will take place over Zoom, and each session will also be available as recordings afterwards for three weeks. A guidebook will be provided.

This course is a part of the JOY of Yoga 300-Hour Teacher Training Core Curriculum, and also open to the public, with eligibility for 15 CEUs (Continuing Education Units). Apply here for courses to be eligible toward the 300-Hour.
About Bridget
Bridget Puchalsky, DTCM holds a doctorate degree in acupuncture and chinese medicine, she is a licensed primary care provider and acupuncturist in California. Additionally, she holds a C.A.P. and E-RYT 500 and works with patients on all areas of their health through a philosophy and practice to use daily life as medicine to heal and balance the body. This holistic approach brings together practices of yoga, meditation, and nutrition with the treatments of Ayurveda, acupuncture and herbal medicine. She works in groups and privately with patients at Breathe Together Yoga Wellness. Bridget has been inspiring others in ayurvedic lifestyle and cleanses since 2009. She often has people report lasting changes in their health and nutrition even years down the road resulting from participating in these workshops.
