Are you ready for a reboot for the new year? Are you interested in learning how to eat and nourish yourself best through the winter months? Do you want to learn self-care practices that can support your life?
This balancing digestive reset, timed just after the holidays, will help to eliminate cravings, support your nervous system and overall immunity and create lasting patterns for the year.. During the cleanse we will prepare and eat holistic, nutrient dense, and simple Ayurvedic foods.
The program integrates yoga, Ayurveda, and life changing self care practices. We will learn how to work with the most seasonally influential meridians, address the influences of the season in our yoga practice and in our lives. Together we will support one another in optimum life and health.
This program is supported and guided by Bridget and Jennifer FULLY online, with recorded videos, live meetups, and an online group page.
You are highly encouraged to have a daily yoga practice during the week. The cleanse is a perfect combination with the 60 Day Challenge.
