Julie grew up in Taiwan, where the philosophies of Buddhism and Daoism quietly shaped her way of seeing the world. As she later deepened her yoga practice, those teachings returned—especially Lao Tzu’s reminder that “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” Julie brings this no-rush, no-force mindset into every class she teaches.
After completing her 300-hour training at Breathe Together Yoga’s Joy of Yoga School, she continued exploring what truly brings her joy in yoga. Today, her favorite practices to share are Aerial Yoga, Hot Tapas, and Chair Yoga with seniors in memory care programs. Teaching these different styles reminds her daily that yoga’s purpose is simple: to help people feel a little happier.
Julie’s classes are supportive, playful, and focused on helping students feel good in their bodies. Her goal is always the same—meet students where they are and help them leave class feeling lighter, stronger, and more themselves.
