Join chef and Ayurvedic Practitioner Jana Kilgore for a hands-on cooking workshop to make the most of the summer abundance and keep your Pitta (fire) balanced. Traditional Ayurvedic principles of eating with the seasons means enjoying the sweet and cooling foods during the summer months. In this cooking workshop we will discuss local and seasonal foods to enjoy during this hot season and how to best prepare them in a variety of delicious and easy dishes. All materials will be provided including recipes and a seasonal eating guide. We will then prepare lunch and savor it together.
