Join Kate for an afternoon of fun and mala making.
We will start with a brief introduction to malas, their history, and their significance in various spiritual traditions. You will learn about the different types of beads and their meanings, and how to select beads that align with your intentions and needs. We will go over the different parts of a mala, including the guru bead and different design options. Once you have picked out your beads, you’ll design and make your own 108 mala, and you can choose to have it fitted to your wrist. You will then learn how to use your mala to count mantras or affirmations, and how to incorporate mindfulness and breathwork into your meditation practice.
All mala making materials are included in the price of the workshop, and you can take your mala home with you.

You might recognize them from Breathe Together, where she regularly does shows, and often her items are in stock there. She particularly loves making custom malas, working with people to find just the right stones and design to support them in their journey.
