Prashant’s journey into yoga began in 2006 when he observed a yoga class through a glass door at his local gym. He was curious, so he decided to try it out. What started out as just a class to stretch, turned into something he fell in love with. He realized he felt great physically, emotionally, and spiritually, even though he was unable to do many of the poses. It felt like he finally found an outlet to compliment his stressful life as an Engineer.

During his search to find a regular teacher, he met Kenny Graham, and he fell in love with Anusara Yoga. He learned tools while practicing this style that helped him to personally heal, and address many life-changing events he was facing at that time.
After Prashant realized how yoga transformed him, he felt a calling to share this beautiful practice. So, he started on a journey to get his certification to teach to be able to bring yoga into the lives of others, and help them benefit as he had. He completed his teacher training certification with Kenny Graham, Samantha Shakti, and Abby Tucker.
Prashant’s reward as an instructor is watching the student’s faces light up after every class. His classes are catered to all levels, and his goal is to create a very heart-oriented, safe, fun, and playful environment for his students to practice.
