Whether you categorize yourself as a beginning, novice, or experienced meditator, I imagine that we’ve all found ourselves with those moments of clarity that occur in meditation where it seems like an idea or word dropped in from out of nowhere.
But what can we do with that thought? And where does it come from?
In this workshop, I’ll be sharing a practice that I use in my daily meditation practice where we’ll learn how to work with our heart whispers and map them to reveal a connection to our highest selves and inner knowing. This can be used to guide your day or help you gain clarity on larger goals or projects you may have for yourself.
We will be practicing meditation and there will be some gentle movement so please wear clothes that you feel comfortable practicing yoga in. Please also bring your mat, journal, and a writing utensil. If you have a favorite mala that you wear during meditation, please feel free to wear or bring it with you.
There will be an optional sadhana practice for the next 21 days after the workshop and I will be offering free short check-in’s on zoom once a week on Sundays as a follow up during that practice time if you’d like to be in community or have questions and/or insights you’d like to share within the workshop container.
You do not need to be an experienced meditator to join this workshop. All are invited!
