Half-day retreats with Jennifer are designed to inspire your practice for the entire season ahead. Offered only live in our studio, Jennifer will work with you individually, assist you (if you’d like to be assisted), we’ll focus specifically on innovative ways of individually propping 3-5 specific “summer postures,” practice pranayama (breath practice), experience yoga-nidra, do a bit of journaling, explore a “creative practice” together, as well as enjoy a summer tea blend from the Mandala Tea House. It will be a beautiful, enriching afternoon.
