Sound baths are a fully-immersive experience. We will start and end with a meditation practice with a focus on breath and intention setting. Then, the instrumental sounds and vibrations will fill the room and the body, promoting deep relaxation, allowing the release of stress, anxiety, concerns, or blockages.
Participants typically lay down or sit on the ground or on a bolster or blocks (with or without a blanket). It is recommended to bring a mat, socks, comfortable pillow, and water bottle. Snacks will be provided after the sound bath healing.

Erica has taught all over the world for over a decade, facilitating retreats, workshops, and yoga classes. Her style is to find ways to connect students’ breath, heart, and mind. Erica earned her 200-and 500-hour yoga teacher training certificates in Costa Rica. She has also trained in Bali, Hawaii, Blue Spirit, Omega, Kripalu, and Esalen. She has taught one-on-one sessions up to thousands of people at a time from kids to adults and seniors. Classes range from yoga basics, restorative, to vinyasa, power flow, and even 5 Rhythms.
