Through a series of practices, we'll explore 4 aspects of our childlike nature – imagination, play, sensory exploration, and nurturance. Our time together will include seated meditation, a movement practice (vinyasa flow), a sensory activity, and a restoratively nourishing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).

This is your chance to practice with someone who shares what she has learned over decades of experience and experimentation with the practice. For those of us who want to keep our practice going for years to come, she is known for offering lots of tips and guidance that you’ll be able to apply and use in your own practice.
