It's not Halloween, but it is @mcmillan.ken's birthday today 🎂. Ken has been practicing with us for over 10 years and has attended around 1300 classes. We don't know if he's still doing this, but we know he did have a practice of journaling about the classes he took.

He's also one of the caretakers of our space. There are a couple of things in our retail area and at our front desk that he built for us that we use daily. And when we need a trusted opinion on some extra challenging maintenance work, we pick up the phone and see if he has time to give us his opinion (he's got his own painting business so we're mindful that he might be busy!)

Ken is also a kind and welcoming human who puts people at ease. His Mr. Incredible Halloween costume from a few years ago is very fitting.

Enjoy an evening of chanting with @anandarasakirtan on Saturday, December 7 from 7-9pm. Led by @mrdavidestes, Ananda Rasa Kirtan is rooted in traditional Sanskrit chants sung to original raga melody compositions and explores the mystical and ecstatic moods of Bhakti in call and response chanting.

You don’t need to have any prior experience nor be an amazing singer!

Pricing is $25 until Dec 6 and $30 after.

Find malas, bracelets, stones (she comes with so many different ones - each with a different characteristic/intention), wall hangings, seasonal items, and so much more! She'll have her goods available for you to browse and buy both days from 8:30am-1:00pm.

Join @erica__valentine for this year's final meeting of the Women's Sister Circle of Heart and Joy of 2024.

In this session, we'll let go, reground, and ignite our Heart passion for 2025. It's a chance to connect, build community, collaborate, share experiences, and promote Heart and Joy. We will have a cacao ceremony, make vision boards, engage in Heart Movement, and enjoy chocolate chip cookies.

This gathering takes place on Sunday, December 8 from 1:30-4pm. It also includes movement, meditation, and a sound bath.
