Additionally, Paulette will offer Reiki energy to participants through a hands-on approach or through distant healing.

You'll leave with a greater awareness of Reiki and its benefits feeling more centered, grounded, and balanced.

Through a series of practices, we'll explore 4 aspects of our childlike nature – imagination, play, sensory exploration, and nurturance. Our time together will include seated meditation, a movement practice (vinyasa flow), a sensory activity, and a restoratively nourishing yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
