This Sunday, we have options for kids to practice This Sunday, we have options for kids to practice yoga.  Local school teacher and a graduate of our JOY 300 hour yoga teacher training program, Julie Kwok will offer two workshops to help kick-off summer!

Kids ages 5 and up will have a session filled with movement, yoga-inspired adventures, mindfulness games, and calming techniques.

🤸‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️Handstand Club with 🤸‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️Handstand Club with @lesliegermainyoga meets this Saturday, May 31 from 1-3pm. Wwe will also meet on Saturday, June 21 at the same time! 

If you've attended before, each session will be a little different this year. In May we will work on strength and endurance building specifically for this epic pose; while June will increase the challenge by practicing many handstand shapes and pressing (!?!) into handstand. In both sessions, you’ll be surrounded by a loving and supportive community, with plenty of time for handstand play and individual guidance. 

Come both months to gain this skill sooner, with optional homework (less than 5 min/day). Leslie takes the best of the best drills, skills, and tips to get you into handstand poses safely and confidently.
