One of our staff members has several recipes from this book rotating in her family’s weekly meal plans.

🤸‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️Handstand Club with 🤸‍♀️🤸🤸‍♂️Handstand Club with @lesliegermainyoga meets this Saturday, May 31 from 1-3pm. Wwe will also meet on Saturday, June 21 at the same time! 

If you've attended before, each session will be a little different this year. In May we will work on strength and endurance building specifically for this epic pose; while June will increase the challenge by practicing many handstand shapes and pressing (!?!) into handstand. In both sessions, you’ll be surrounded by a loving and supportive community, with plenty of time for handstand play and individual guidance. 

Come both months to gain this skill sooner, with optional homework (less than 5 min/day). Leslie takes the best of the best drills, skills, and tips to get you into handstand poses safely and confidently.

From June 12-16, we welcome Atsuro Chiba (@atsuroy From June 12-16, we welcome Atsuro Chiba (@atsuroyoga) to Breathe Together. He is one of the most advanced practitioners of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and studied for many, many years under the tutelage of Tim Miller. 

Atsuro will teach students in Mysore sessions, led primary and various workshops. The schedule is:

*Mysore: Thur June 12 | Fri June 13 | Sun Jun 15 | Mon June 16 - all sessions from 6:30am-8:30am
*Breaking Down the Backbend: Fri, Jun 13 from 5:30pm-8pm
*Led Primary: Sat, Jun 14 from 9am-10:45am
*Balancing Asanas: Sat, Jun 14 from 1:30pm-4pm
*Floating Vinyasa: Sun, Jun 15 from 1:30pm-4pm

It's a chance to immerse yourself in the wide range of classes we offer and challenge yourself to take 84 classes - some of which you may have never taken before. It's a great way to change up the routine while also helping you build some resiliency for the unexpected things that happen in life.

Are there prizes? Yes - those who complete the challenge are entered into a drawing for raffle prizes, where the grand prize is a one year membership!

Members get to join at no cost. And if you're not a member, for $525 you get 84 days of unlimited yoga, and access to our Mysore classes. This is a great deal. Even if you only plan to take 2 classes a week. Here’s the price break down per class if you practice:

*Daily: $6.25/class
*5x/week: $8.75/class
*4x/week: $10.94/class
*3x/week: $14.58/class
*2x/week: $21.88/class – this is less expensive than a 10-class pack!
