Amy Carroll

Her How – Amy’s classes are known for being physically challenging, fun, insightful, and creatively layered. You’ll dance while being cued for alignment, invited to unfurl, and feel better in your body and spirit. You can count on a fresh Philosophical theme weekly. Her approach to teaching draws from Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Iyengar, and Yin styles of Yoga, and an increasing portion is dedicated to the more devotional, Bhakti Yoga. Be prepared to chant!

BKS Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, Tias Little, Baron Baptiste, Jennifer Prugh, Stephanie Snyder, Noell Clark, Mojdeh Zahiraleslamzadeh, and Janet Stone are teachers who continue to inspire her path.

Her What – She teaches Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Gentle Flow, guiding students via The 8-Fold Path of Yoga to help them connect with their proprioception, balance, breath, alignment, and spirit.

A recent six-month 200 hour immersion into becoming a Certified Intuitive Art Facilitator has unleashed a passion where she is compelled to share this combination of Art and Yoga together in several upcoming Workshops and Retreats. Like Yoga, Intuition Painting is another mapping system that gets us going deeper to realize that we all suffer and have access to our higher, all-knowing inner Atman, or God-self, we just call Atman Intuition. She sees it as though we’re just adding another medium to our Yoga, paint, and paper!

When not teaching, Amy enjoys practicing Art, spending time with plants, animals, kids, and entertaining family. She is practicing garden design and is a certified Intuitive Art Facilitator.

Join her; together, we learn, heal, find our true nature, and flower into our full potential.
