Jill lives in San Jose, CA. She is a Yoga Therapist, focused on holistic care with a focus on addressing the whole person, their specific needs and any root cause of imbalance. Acknowledging the mind body spirit connection, Jill uses inclusive, trauma-informed yoga (breath work, postures, meditation, mantra) as a way to find balance and healing. Jill has an intuitive sense and often blends yoga tools with Thai Massage, energy work, positive imagery and supportive lifestyle suggestions based on each client’s needs. Outside of her love for nature, animals, art, family, good friends & food, Jill finds great joy in supporting others on their journey of self-care and discovery, restoring balance and a grounded sense of peace that can be drawn upon in life.
