Join us for this carefully curated yoga workshop created to replenish your inner energy cup, re-balance your energy, and calm your body & mind. Experience the immediate and positive effects that yoga has in aligning with your body, clearing your mind, and regulating your nervous system, leaving you with an overall sense of well being.
We will practice a fusion of yoga that combines a soothing yoga flow, centering breathing exercises, deeply restoring yoga stretches, and nourishing subtle body movements. We will gain applicable experience about the benefits of releasing stress through the lens of yoga, an experience we can benefit from well beyond our time together.

Suggested items to bring:
Comfortable clothes, Yoga mat, journal/notebook and writing utensil, socks, eye-pillow or scarf and anything else that would make your practice accessible and comfortable.
