Let’s chill out with a Gentle Yoga and Therapy Ball workshop. This 2-hour experience will work out every kink and crazy bit of tension you hold physically, mentally, and spiritually. Dive into sweet easeful seated yoga poses w/ therapy balls positioned to massage our long-held tensions in the mind-body. Stretch out in simply and therapeutic poses to feel better on all levels. Be serenaded by beautiful music, receive loving hands-on support and breathe essential oils designed to facilitate the release of tensions. Listen to thought provoking readings and messages to inspire and invigorate. This event will leave you feeling appreciative of your amazing body and so much lighter in mind/spirit.
Dress in cozy layers, bring your favorite therapy balls, a bottle of water and a yoga mat.
